Joy has been with Eminence for five years, specializing on investment in AI-enabled services and multimodal technologies. Starting as an Assistant to the Managing Partner, she has successfully invested in a series of outstanding startups, including Instant Design, Viggle.ai, and Recurrent AI. Prior to Eminence, Joy worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley and was later with an insurance asset management firm, building up her in-depth knowledge in the areas of finance.
